Q: How do I return an item?

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: We will process your return on the same day we receive your items, once it has been processed you will receive an email confirmation (please check your junk folder!) Your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order. Please allow 5-10 working days for your bank to process the refund.

Q: What happens if I receive a faulty item?

A: If you unfortunately receive a faulty item, please send it back to us within 30 days with a description of the fault, and we will process a full refund including the original delivery charge. Faulty items will be checked on receipt and validated.

Q: What are your delivery rates / shipping costs?

A: We work with fixed shipping fees per order, regardless the number of items you purchase. Once you have selected the shipping destination, the shipping cost will be shown.
